I was a competitive gymnast for 15 years. During that time, I was exhausted, constantly injured, with no idea how to fuel my body or what to eat. After years of not eating enough to support my body, and a career-ending injury, I hung up my grips and decided to pursue a career in nutrition. Now, I use that knowledge to help individuals and teams learn to fuel their bodies with a non-diet approach. If you feel like you don't know what to eat and where to start, I'd love to help you!
